Terms & Conditions – Dubai Oud Limited
By registering and accepting Dubai Oud Limited’s Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that all information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account without notice.

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm (excluding Irish bank holidays). Messages can be left outside office hours, and we aim to respond within 24 hours on working days.
Products
Dubai Oud Limited only sells 100% genuine products. We do not sell fakes or replicas. From time to time, we may sell items that are slightly damaged or without original packaging (including lids). These will always be clearly advertised.
Images are for illustration only and may differ slightly from the product received. Perfume bottle colour and box design may vary due to photography or screen settings.
All prices and stock are subject to availability. Items placed in the basket are not guaranteed until checkout is complete.
Payment
We accept payments via Shopify Pay and PayPal. Dubai Oud Limited is not responsible for any payment processing fees charged by your provider.
All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT. Refunds are always made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We do not offer price matching. Any price shown in GBP (£) or other currencies is for guidance only. Transactions are processed in EUR (€).
We do not store any card details. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Pay or PayPal.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right not to supply an item at the incorrect price. In such cases, we will contact you with the correct price or cancel the order and issue a refund.
Orders
Orders may be subject to additional security checks (address verification, payment details). We reserve the right to request an alternative payment method or cancel an order if verification is not possible.
Postage costs are calculated at checkout. If actual shipping costs are higher, we may request the difference before dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders, restrict quantities, or deliver only to the billing address if necessary.
Promotional codes may be withdrawn or restricted at our discretion and cannot always be combined.
Once placed, we cannot guarantee that orders can be amended before dispatch.
We reserve the right not to process gift card messages containing offensive or inappropriate language.
If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund. No further compensation will be offered.
Delivery
We deliver within Ireland and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on stock and location.
For Irish orders sent via Standard, Tracked, or Express Tracked Delivery, please allow up to 15 working days before contacting us. For international orders, please allow 30 working days. If the parcel is deemed missing, we will offer a replacement or refund. No further compensation is provided.
Customs and import duties (outside Ireland) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Dubai Oud Limited is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or damage to goods caused by events outside our reasonable control.
