Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Dubai Oudh

 

At Dubai Oudh, we take pride in offering high-quality Arabic perfumes. Every item is carefully checked before dispatch. Please review our return, refund, and exchange terms below.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

• Opened or unsealed perfumes
• Used products
• 10ml atomisers
• Unboxed perfumes

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at sales@dubaioud.ie.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
• Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

In line with Irish consumer law, you may cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Please email info@dubaioud.ie for a return authorisation number before sending anything back.

 

Exchange Policy

• Items can only be exchanged if they are unused, unopened, and in re-sellable condition.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer alternatives or a refund (excluding delivery costs).
• Sale and discounted items are exchange only and cannot be refunded.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange. We recommend a tracked and insured delivery service.

Returns Process

• Goods must be returned as sold, in their original packaging, unused, and in re-sellable condition.
• Any complimentary free testers included with the order must also be returned.
• Returns must be authorised by our team before sending them back.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned goods.
• Refunds cover the product cost only and exclude delivery charges.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, a fee of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.
• Processing time for refunds is up to 14 business days once the return has been received and approved.
